Hi, I’d like to purchase some clothes for this coming winter season. I have some questions about it.

Do you have any winter coats? I am looking for a warm but light coat. I think I bought a coat from this place last time, but they seemed to be a bit too heavy. I mean, they were warm enough, but I am just looking for a lighter one.

Also, do you have any sweatshirts that I can wear inside? It’s getting freezing cold. You know? So, I’d like to know if you have any sweatshirts or sweaters that I can wear inside the coat. Please let me know.

You bought some clothes, but back home you notice one of the sweaters has a problem. Call the shop, describe what's wrong, and tell them what you'd like them to do about it.

I am sure you remember me. I am the person who recently bought the coat from your store. I have a serious problem with this product.

Well, when I got home, I checked the product. It was looking fine on the outside. However, when I opened the product, I realized that it had holes inside. I think somebody must have worn it. I noticed that it was a defective product.

So, I’d like to get a refund immediately. I know that it is non-refundable once it is open. But, it had a serious problem with it. So, I’d like to get a refund.

Or, I’d like to get a new product immediately. I believe it was your fault for selling a defective product. If not, I will have no choice but to report it to the headquarter(HQ). Thank you.
