Do people in Korea get much free time? And when you need to take a personal day off from work, what steps do you have to go through?

To be honest, in Korea, many people don't have a lot of free time. The majority of Koreans are busy working diligently. In my case, however, I currently have quite a bit of free time because I'm between jobs. So, I can enjoy my leisure time whenever I want. The only thing I need to make sure is that I complete all my tasks before I start my free time. I need to finish my daily routines first, or I just become too lethargic. As you might already know, during my free time, I mostly watch TV, take walks in the park, and try out popular restaurants. I guess that's all I can share for now.

You're wondering how Koreans spend their leisure time, right? Well, it's probably not all that different from how people in other countries do. But one thing that stands out is how Koreans love spending quality time with their partners. They frequently go to parks for picnics. Given the mountainous nature of Korea, we have loads of gorgeous parks and scenic spots for picnics. Hiking and camping are popular activities, often paired with barbecue parties or some good old fashioned drinks. As for me, I'm all about unwinding at home. I'm generally worn out by the end of the week. That's pretty much it. How about you, Ava?

Alright, this is an easy one for me. Last month, we had a long holiday in Korea known as Seollal. I got the chance to visit my grandparents during this time.

I ate so much food that my grandma cooked. She always thinks I need to put on more weight.

I also got to see my other family members. We hadn't seen each other in a long time because of the bad flu going around. It felt good to have everyone in one place.

We talked, drank, and ate a lot. It was a really special time for my family and me.
